represents one of our key areas of activity. The Law Office provides all our clients with comprehensive services in the field of corporate law. We have extensive experience in the area of establishment and registration of business subjects, changes of status including merging and division of subjects, formation of holdings, as well as all its modalities. In cooperation with the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House (CSD) and the Securities Commission, we perform takeover and purchase of subjects on the Stock Exchange while minimalizing the financial risks. Given the fact that the corporate law in Serbia is still in transition, our primary responsibility is to provide our clients with timely information of all changes that may affect their interests.
A separate branch of the Corporate Law, the Labour Law represents a segment of particular interest to any owner of a business entity. The Labour Law and rights of employees are highly significant for any business, regardless of its location. Being renowned for enabling commercial support and advisory services to our clients, our office prepares individual Employment Contracts as well as Management Contracts for Business Entities, with principal consideration on protection of clients’ interests pursuant to provisions of the law and general acts regulating this field.

Likewise, the Office partakes of negotiations with representative trade unions on conclusion of Collective Agreements, prepares Books of Rules regulating workplace discipline in compliance with the law, at all times keeping the client’s best interest in mind. However, what distinguishes our office in the field of Labour Law is the possibility to enable effective and cost-efficient labour-juridical system within a company through direct negotiations with trade unions.
We represent a large number of domestic and foreign legal subjects as well as investment funds. Such forms of investment are highly attractive due to great business opportunities that can generate substantial profit, while maintaining the risks below the level of average for investments in Serbia. Recent assignments:

Recapitalization of copper, lead and zinc mine Rudnik and distribution of the second stock issue;
Recapitalization of Fabrika bakarnih cevi (Copper Pipe Factory) in favour of the largest Russian company in the field and distribution of the second stock issue;
Recapitalization of the company Fidelinka a.d. and distribution of the third stock issue;
Recapitalization of’ IMK Beograd a.d. and distribution of the second stock issue;
Recapitalization of INEX LORIS a.d. Beograd and distribution of the second stock issue.
Besides the above, and in addition to establishment and registration of a large number of business associations with the Business Registers Agency as well as implementation the status changes, the work of Law Office KOSIĆ in this field further comprised the following:
