Law Office KOSIĆ was the first in the Balkan to establish business cooperation with offices worldwide and law offices in the territory of Former Yugoslav Republics. International cooperation was enabled not only through membership in the Italian Bar Association, but also through links with law firms in major cities such as Milan, Rome, London, and Tokyo. For the domain of criminal law, Law Office Kosic has exclusive cooperation with Law Office “Fila”. Law Office Kosić cooperates with the most representative law offices in Italy, England, France and international offices.
In this way, it is established a network with the best quality legal service in order to provide clients with protection of their business interests worldwide.
Law Office KOSIĆ participated in forming of a legal foundation for the World Bank project ’’Doing Business’’. Within the scope of this cooperation, the Law Office prepared reports on changes in the Serbian law applicable at the time, in order to provide the World Bank with a clear picture on harmonization of the Serbian law with the EU legislature.

The reports prepared covered the fields of labour, pledge, and bankruptcy laws. As a testimonial to our substantial contribution to the project, the World Bank has recommended the Law Office KOSIĆ as its adviser.

Members of the Office publish articles in domestic and foreign professional literature and in specialized magazines here and abroad.

Law Office Kosic has a team of lawyers and trainees, as well as several specialist colleagues for different legal areas, and who are, with their experience and knowledge, capable of providing, in a conscientious, quick, and efficient manner, answers concerning Client`s needs.
