203 years of existence of the Faculty of Law
The oldest law school in Serbia, Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade celebrated on 27 September 2011 the 203 years of working, holiday of the Faculty Krstovdan, and within the building of the faculty it is opened the museum, which is protected by the state.
Serbia - EU Forum "Overcoming the crisis, the path towards the EU"
On 9th and 10th September in Belgrade it was held the first Serbian - EU Forum "Overcoming the crisis, the path towards the European Union". Forum was opened by Serbian President Boris Tadic and President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy.
The forum was attended by eminent representatives of the European Union, the Republic of Serbia and the region. The main topics and focus of the forum was the economy, sustainable development, social inclusion, fight against the organized crime, corruption. A series of panels were held by imported experts in their fields.
