Privatization

The process of transition in Serbian economy and society has obtained a legal form through privatization of business entities. Privatization of factories, companies, and other business entities involves a complete service to the client reflected through a legal Due Diligence in preparation and consideration of a company up for purchase, determination of the status of a company, real estate, credit obligations and other liabilities, mortgages, contracts, potential investments and labour law within each system. The practice of the Office is especially demonstrated through participation in privatization of large systems in the fields of chemical, metal, and foodstuff industries.

The Law on Privatization

(’’Official Gazette of the RS’’ Nos. 38/2001, 18/2003. and 45/2005) stipulates two methods of privatisation:

public tender
public auction.
