Right to competition
Although the right to competition represents a novelty in the domestic legal system, the Office is actively involved in handling it as an important area of activity. Having realized that the time of anti-monopoly regulations is upon us, the Office engaged in extensive work in the area, thus quickly developing a practice in protection of competition.
Services provided by the Office are primarily related to defining the client’s business risks at the moment of launching individual transactions that may violate provisions of anti-monopoly regulations, as well as to participating in proceedings before competent state authorities aimed at obtaining permits for concentration from authorized institutions.
Every client transaction is performed according to the law procedures of control before Commission for protecting the Monopoly, in order to assure of safety of investment and to prevent obstacles that could inflict client interest. We have significant cooperation with well known law offices all over the World with international experience in these areas.
